Zero Trafficking LLC, LLC (“Zero Trafficking LLC,” “we,” or “us”), the owner and operator of the TRAK website and its subdomains (the “Sites”), knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you access the Sites. It also explains how your information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of that information. Please note that by using the Software, you agree that we can collect, use, disclose, and process your information as described in this Policy. Also, please be aware that this Policy only applies to the Software, and not to any other websites, products or services you may be able to access or link to via the Software. What Information We Collect

We also collect basic analytics and log-in information when you use the Software, some of which may be collected from third-party providers like Facebook or Google Analytics, and may include, among other things, the type of device you use to access the Software, the times you accessed the Software, your IP address, ' your device's hardware model, operating system and version, and other unique device identifiers.
(b) Cookies and Tracking Technologies. Whenever third-party providers collect your information, they may install small data files called “cookies” or “pixels” on your browser or hard drive, and this Policy does not cover the use of cookies or pixels by third parties. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

We take safeguarding your information seriously. If personal information is compromised as a breach of security, Zero Trafficking LLC will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

The Software and the Sites may include social media features, such as a Facebook “Like” button. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Sites, for example, and may set a cookie to enable it to function properly. All social media features and widgets that are hosted by a third party are governed by the privacy policy of the third party.
